investment certificates, are securities that may be issued by stock companies which do not share the fact that while their owners enjoy the same financial rights as ordinary shareholders, however these certificates are without voting rights.
Under Article L. 225-186, resulting from the NRE, Articles L. L. 225-177 to 225-185 are applicable to investment certificates, investment certificates and certificates of cooperative partners.
